Why should my clinic list on Nolvea?
Listing on Nolvea brings you patients who arrive already informed by verified reviews and transparent information, which means better-matched bookings and fewer no-shows. You build a verified reputation that stays with your clinic regardless of advertising spend.
How much does Nolvea cost for clinics?
A flat commission per completed visit, deducted from prepaid credits you top up in advance: 49 RON for standard care (consultations, hygiene, fillings, whitening, extractions, root-canal work) and 149 RON for premium care (implants and implant prosthetics, oral surgery, orthodontics, veneers). Requests, confirmations and cancellations cost nothing. No monthly subscription, no listing fee — and your first 10 completed visits carry no commission, whatever the type.
Do I pay commission if the patient doesn't show up?
No. Commission is deducted only on a completed visit — marked by the clinic within 48 hours or confirmed by the patient. No-shows and cancellations (including late ones) cost 0 RON, and if nobody confirms the visit, the request expires at no cost. We monitor no-show rates to keep the system fair for everyone.
Can my clinic remove a negative review on Nolvea?
No — verified reviews stay, whether positive or negative. You can respond publicly to any review and flag one that breaks the content rules (defamatory, off-topic, or fraudulent), but you cannot pay to remove a fair review.
What happens if my clinic stops paying or runs out of credits?
New requests pause until you top up; appointments already confirmed stay valid. Your reviews, verified-clinic badge and score stay exactly as they are — Nolvea never withdraws reputation over a payment.
How does Nolvea verify reviews?
A review receives the Verified Visit badge in one of two ways: either Nolvea arranged the appointment directly or coordinated it on the patient's behalf, or the patient uploaded their payment receipt from the clinic and Nolvea confirmed it automatically. Receipts are deleted after 90 days. This is why patients trust Nolvea reviews more than open-web reviews.
What patient data does my clinic receive, and what are our GDPR obligations?
Your clinic receives only what is needed to coordinate the appointment: name, contact preference, procedure type, and any notes the patient chose to share. You do not see cashback balances, other clinics visited, or unpublished review drafts; both Nolvea and your clinic carry GDPR responsibilities, and a Data Processing Agreement governs this data.
How does clinic ranking work on Nolvea?
Ranking is determined by patient ratings, volume of verified reviews, and relevance to the patient's search. Paying more does not move a clinic up.
Can patients just book directly with my clinic instead?
Yes — a returning patient is always free to contact your clinic directly, and that is fine: visits booked directly carry no commission, ever. Commission exists only on visits Nolvea generates. What the platform adds is the verified review trail, the trust badge, and a flow of new patients who do not yet know you.
How does my clinic earn the Verified badge?
The badge reflects a threshold of verified reviews and a maintained rating, not a payment. It is a signal to patients, so it is earned through real patient experience.
