Yes — searching, reading reviews, and booking through Nolvea are free for patients. Clinics pay Nolvea a flat commission only when a visit booked through the platform actually takes place — never for requests or no-shows.

Nolvea earns a flat commission from clinics for each completed visit the platform generated. That commission does not change which clinics you see first and does not remove negative reviews — it only pays for the booking service the clinic uses.

You tell Nolvea what care you need and where, and your request goes straight to the clinic, which confirms a time — usually within a few hours. If the reply is slow, Nolvea lets you know, sends the clinic an automatic reminder and, if needed, suggests nearby alternatives.

Yes — a review receives the Verified Visit badge in one of two ways: either Nolvea arranged or coordinated the patient's appointment, or the patient uploaded their payment receipt from the clinic and Nolvea confirmed it automatically. Receipts are deleted after 90 days. This is the main difference from open review sites, where anyone can post without any proof of a visit.

Yes — with "Review a past visit": upload the clinic's receipt, Nolvea confirms it automatically, and the review carries the same Verified Visit badge. The reward for this kind of review is half of what Nolvea-booked visits earn — the full reward stays with bookings made through the platform.

No — paid status is not a ranking factor. Clinics are ordered by patient ratings, number of verified reviews, and how well they match your search.

After your visit, you write a review on Nolvea. When the review is verified and published, you receive a fixed amount of real money — from 10 RON for a consultation up to 100 RON in total (cash + credits) for a premium treatment followed for a full year. The amount depends only on the procedure type and how the visit was verified — never on the rating you give or what you write. It is all funded from the commission the clinic already pays — it costs you nothing and never affects your treatment.

Cash is yours: it accumulates in your account and you can withdraw it to your bank from 50 RON. Credits come later — 3, 6 and 12 months after a treatment, as long as the result holds: you confirm with a one-minute update, within 30 days of each checkpoint. A claimed credit stays valid for 6 months and is spendable only on a completed visit booked through Nolvea. One rewards cycle per procedure at the same clinic.

You get reminders 24 hours and 3 hours ahead, each with one-tap rescheduling. You can cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before your slot; under 4 hours, the cancellation counts as a missed visit. The clinic pays nothing for no-shows, and if they repeat, your future bookings may require an extra active confirmation — we always tell you exactly where you stand.

Your health data is treated as special-category personal data under EU law (GDPR Article 9): stored encrypted in the EU, shared with a clinic only to coordinate your appointment, and never sold. You can see what is held and who received it in your My Data & Privacy dashboard.

From the My Data & Privacy dashboard you can export everything Nolvea holds about you and request deletion at any time. Some records tied to completed bookings are kept in anonymised form for legal and accounting reasons, and Nolvea will explain exactly what that means before you confirm.
