How we verify reviews

The Verified Visit badge is earned in one of two ways: the appointment was booked through Nolvea, or the patient uploaded the clinic's receipt and Nolvea confirmed it by automatic reading. Receipts are deleted automatically after 90 days and never reach the clinic.

Verified reviews stay, whether positive or negative — the clinic cannot delete them. It can only reply publicly or dispute with evidence, which Nolvea checks.

The "✓ 3 luni" or "✓ 1 an" marks mean the patient later confirmed, through an update, that the result is holding. "Evaluare la X luni după tratament" is a review written some time after the visit, verified with the receipt.
